Free shipping on every order

Every Hearthside Heirloom order ships free. No minimums. No codes. Free shipping, period.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Estimated delivery

Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days after shipping. During peak seasons (winter), allow a little extra time.

Where we ship

We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship internationally to the countries you can choose at checkout.

Customs and duties

For international orders, any customs fees, import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer. Hearthside Heirloom is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order changes and cancellations

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it right away, so we can't guarantee changes or cancellations after checkout. Please double-check your order, especially your shipping address, before you complete checkout.

If you need a change, email us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to help.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Use it to follow your package right to your door.

Wrong address and undeliverable packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for any reshipping costs.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order shows delivered but never showed up, or arrives damaged, email us at hearthsideheirloom@outlook.com and we'll make it right. Our Refund Policy explains how lost and damaged orders, Shipping protection and our 60-day guarantee work.
